• Jewish expectations of the Messiah.

• Matthew trying to prove Jesus was Messiah.
• The Messianic Secret (What did Jesus want to keep a secret? Why?).
• Events at Caesarea Philippi (Significance?).
• The Son of Man (Where from? Why chosen?).
• Misunderstandings (from the disciples).
• Jesus the Messiah, key facts/overview.
